A: Wound Dressing

3. Procedure to protect a wound, prevent infection and enable healing
4. Dressing for traction, bed sore dressing, big surgical wounds, ICD dressing, peg tube dressing

B: ECG

1. ECG at home
2. ECG monitoring and doctor assessment of ECG
3. A simple test to check your heart's rhythm and electrical activity.

C: Foley Cath Insertion

1. Urine catheter ( regular/silicon) insertion at home - by nurse
2. A common indwelling urinary catheter to drain urine from the bladder.
3. Additional cost for bactigaurd

D: IV Injection at home

1. Procedure to provide medications and electrolyte fluids intravenously, through a vein.
2. Cannula already in place, For 45 Mins-60 Mins every additional 1 Hour, Rs.250/hr is extra charged
3. Excludes Medicine Charges

E: IV cannula insertion at home

1. Tube inserted into a vein to provide fluids when dehydrated or can't drink
2. Nurse stationed for 60 min
3. Additional charges applicable if it is beyond 60 min ( Rs 250 /hr )

F: IV Injection at home

1. Procedure to provide medications and electrolyte fluids intravenously, through a vein.
2. Excludes Medicine Charges

G: Sugar check at home

1. Measuring the blood glucose level regardless of when you last ate.
2. Excludes Medicine Charges

H: Blood transfusion at home.

• A potentially life-saving procedure to replace blood lost to surgery/injury
• This procedure includes - Blood sample collection for cross match on the day of transfusion by nurse (2 times-One for sample collection for cross matching & another for Blood Administration)
• octor assessment and monitoring charges for first 30 minutes of transfusion.
• Blood administration charges and emergency management (excludes hospital transport in emergency)
